Terms of Service

If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you ordered.

We will inspect and pack all orders before distribution. In the event that you receive a damaged product, let us know and we will provide a store credit to the customer. 

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce and to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, the produce may not look "perfect". If for some reason we are delivering ugly but edible produce, we will let you know ahead of time. 

If you are picking up at the farm or the Durham Farmers Market, we would like to get egg cartons back.
